Manager System
Artist managers, permissions, and creator payouts
You can allow other people to use your platform to sell their artwork and make money. You can take a fixed amount and/or a percentage of each sale as your revenue. You can also pay content creators based on their stream count
By default, there are no "Manager" roles defined in "Roles & Access"
Music plugin defines "Artist manager" role
Podcast plugin defines "Podcaster manager" role, and the Beat plugin defines "Producer manager"
How can users become managers?
Users apply on your site's verification page, yourwebsite.com/user_verify, where they submit their details and ask to become the manager of one or more creators. Link to it from your user menu with Menu Builder, or from a Page Builder page that explains your terms. Requests appear under Users → User Requests (Artist-Manager Requests, Podcaster-Manager Requests or Producer-Manager Requests), where you approve or reject them. When you approve a request, the user becomes the manager of that artist, podcaster or producer, gets the matching role automatically, and is paid every time their work is sold (price minus your fees).
How can admin manually set manager for a content creator?
Go to Content in your admin area, open the creator (for example Content → Music → List Artists), select "Manager" tab and set a user as creator's manager. You can also do this by editing users
What can managers do?
Managers can edit their managed creator's content on client-end or login to admin-area to do that. They can ask for a withdrawal when they sell enough. They can also use admin-area to see statistics
How can managers see their stats?
Managers can use their email & password to login to your RKHM's admin panel! They will have limited access to their own content & statistics only
They can also check the "Transaction" page in front-end to see stats
